I lost my password, can you reset it for me?
No we cannot, but you can do it yourself by visiting our customer login page and using the “lost password” function. Our system will send you a verification-message with a link. Click on the link and your new password will be e-mailed to you!
I was banned, can BRIBBLE unban me?
No, we will not unban anyone. Our customers (chatbox-moderators) are responsible for their own chatboxes. Please contact the administrator of the chatbox you were banned from (probably the webmaster of the website you found the chatbox on). BRIBBLE is just the provider of this chat-service and can and will not interfere with internal chatbox affairs.
