As an infrastructure provider BRIBBLE chat systems and SIGHTID will and can not moderate chatboxes of it's customers. By registering a chatbox customers automatically get all necessary moderation rights to administer their own chatbox. Chatbox owners can apply their own rules for chatting on their chatbox, so all issues regarding misbehaviour or abuse of those rules should be discussed with the specific chatbox owner.

SIGHTID and BRIBBLE chat systems can never be held responsible for the actions performed by visitors of BRIBBLE chatrooms.

When illegal (defined by international and dutch laws) activities take place on our network we ask you to use our abuse form to inform us about these activities. Please be as specific as you can be (include screenshots, times, etc.).

We will then investigate your complaint and decide if we need (or can) take action. When we can't decide on whether the activity is illegal or if we find no need to take action, we will ask you to file your complaint with the local law enforcement agencies.

We will always cooperate with law enforcement agencies! All messages on our chatboxes are logged and this data will be handed over to law enforcement agencies for investigation when needed.
